Lets go ahead and get the list rolling!

First and foremost, we wont have the pit from last year, anyone have a large pit they can bring?

Anyone have a supply list with amounts we need?

As of right now, im in for a set of washerboards, EZ-UP and some beer.

Bud, I hope your work schedule works out or that you "come down with the flu" and have to stay in bed all weekend!

I will come up with a list of needed items soon. I have quite a bit of stuff that was extra last year.

Definitely we need to start cooking much earlier.

I do like the idea of rotating the cooking schedule so everyone has time to make it around to the other booths.

I do think starting much earlier will fix some of that issue also though.

The smoker is the most important item we need. Jfalcone8 brought it last year and it was great. Are you going to be able to again? If not does anyone have one they can bring?

This year will be even better than last year!!! Can't wait

I believe he doesn't have access to that smoker any longer. I'll talk with him and see if he is going to make it this year.

I can bring some tables. I've got a couple of those fold up LifeTime tables. I think they are 5' each and another LifeTime table that is either 6' or 8'. How many do we need? If I bring all three that's 16 to 18 feet.

I can bring the drunk chicken stands too in case Bud can't make it. Heck, I'll bring whatever just want to give everyone else a chance to sign up and pitch in.

I'll donate to the chicken fund again too.

Wood - this is dependent on how much RLHoward is going to bring. do we need more?
Chicken money- I will get a bid on how much the chicken is going to cost this year
Corn- easiest thing to buy are the small frozen corn cobs that we just boil
BBQ sauce
Butter
Turkey fryer
Plasticware
trash bags heavy duty- small roll
Cutting boards

We do need Thirts made again. huntinfool got them done last year but I know it was a ton of work for you. Do you want to head that up again or I have a couple of contacts that I can handle that if you want.
