Good blackbuck?

This blackbuck showed up at my feeder two days ago. I've never hunted them and don't know anything about them. Is he average or what? He's been there every morn and eve since he showed up. Will he taste good?

They aren’t as good as an axis but pretty dang close to it. When we had a place in del rio we had a lot of free ranging BB. We’d take one buck and one doe every year. Plus the make a beautiful mount
