Default Update on procedure

I would like to thank everyone for the thoughts & prayers. Everything went well and the doctor does seem to think I have anything to worry about. I had a mild case of Esophagitis which they did a biopsy on. I had one small polyp in the colon which they removed and I have Diverticulosis in the same area. They believe that is what gave me my positive reading and giving some stomach pain. I go back in 2 week to get the outcome of the biopsy. Thanks Again.

PS, As soon as I got out, my wife took me across the street to Whataburger and I got me 2 Bacon & Egg Biscuits.

Great news on the cancer front! Diverticulitis can be very painful to deal with!

Congrats on the "positive outcome",... I think.
What-a-Burger: Best place for post-colonscopy IMHO.

I had the same situation this year. The cologuard test showed blood, this can happen for any number of reasons. mine was one small pocket not even connected to the cologuard test. All was fine, it is better to due the full test to begin with even thou the prep is not something to look forward to.
