So I didn't get selected, but what does "Pending 2nd Draw" mean? Couldn't find it on the TPWD website. This public hunting draw process is new to me.

I've seen that phrase listed next to a third of my draws for the last several years & end up SOL each time

It means if those who got drawn the first go round dont send in their money on time the spot(s) become available again. So there is a second drawing at that point from all of those that say second drawing pending.

I won a 2nd Pending Draw last year. I don't look at it as I didn't win until it say " Not Selected"

What about Withdrawn? I have several that say withdrawn. Didn't have any last year when it was my first time applying.
