I don't think you can come down 59 from Livingston. They will have to run 190 to Huntsville then 45 south to Conroe and 105 east to Cleveland.
The loop is open to get them into town.

Made a run to Cornerstone and took 105 west out of Cleveland, the south side west bound shoulder is blown out with big holes under the pavement. State guy told us the big culvert at Whiskey Branch just east of our church is about to wash out. We came back 105 loop around town. It is open and streets in town are open.

105 About a mile west of 59 in Cleveland is literally being washed away

105 East towards 321 is closed just east of the loop

59 north is closed just north of 105

59 south is closed at east river bridge

321 to Cleveland is okay but you have to go around barricades, I wouldn't do it at night though.
                787 is good to town
105 west from loop to Conroe is good.
