    Glass bedding DFW

    I have a 30-06 with a Boyds stock that I would like to get glass bedded. Looking for recommendations for someone in North DFW or Plano. Hopefully the shop they can turn this around pretty quick. Thanks in advance for the help.

            The gun is currently capable of about 2" groups at 100, and 6" groups at 200.

            How much increase in accuracy can I expect from this process? Is it worth the money on a pretty cheap action/barrel (mossberg ATR)?

                I shoot nothing but Rem 700s and a few WW2 guns left by my grandfather.

                All but my Enfield .303 British shoot 1 hole groups after bedding. This includes a 1917 Enfield with the original .30-06 barrel.

                  Total Shooting Sports in North Richland Hills has some really good gunsmiths that can do it.

                    Make sure whoever you get to do it installls pillars as well as bedding. I experience with a Mossberg.
