How many years have you bow hunted?

7th with traditional gear.

15'ish. Ventured into trad off and on.

Very proud that all 5 of my kids have bowhunted and killed critters with a bow.

Picked it up at 11 for deer, so at 20yrs now. Getting old.

Keep seeing a doe and a fawn and bumped a young 8 point the other day.
Probably going to set up a feeder next week so my boy will have a shot come gun season if I can draw in a better group of deer over the fence

That's about what I do. Have a decent sized property behind mine. Most deer come across that fence to eat my goodies and get a drink.

'80-'94 and '06-current...so starting my 24 year with the gap in those years playing a duck chasing junkie.

Glad to be back...I miss the shooting of ducks over decoys and dog work but I sure don't miss the soft nutsucking mud, ultra early mornings and long sleepless rides back daily.
