They all say that while their "feelers" are out and getting a pulse for them.
Just until it's time to POUNCE and throw their hat in the ring.

This was like a King Of The Mountain where they started off with 17
Now down to 3 (2 really) because of a long bloody bath.
Now, as the remaining are tired and have shown their cards, Ryan will step in fresh, clean and looking polished to carry the torch across the finish line.

Why would a person who ran as part of a team for the highest office before not want it now?
(Biden is still dealing with his son's death so that's understandable)



This video is a bit too polished and "presidential" in order for this NOT to be seen as a "testing the waters" from Team Ryan.
