I had used GNC but switched over to AllMax Nutrition's Vitastack- it was much cheaper and had similar stuff in it. I also stopped going to GNC and started using Rocks- the guys at GNC looked like tennis players that didn't know much about their products and all the dudes at Rocks were bodybuilders and knew the products well.

I’m into the Genesis PURE supplements. Takes care of all that plus some.

Be careful with vitamin packs. I took Animal Pack for almost two years. Over that time my Dr noticed my WBC had dropped to very low levels. Took three trips to two different oncologist to figure out it was the heavy metals in the vitamins. I stopped taking the vitamins and within 3 months my WBC was back to normal.
