I would think college would have a lot more headaches. Lots of recruiting plus just an outside chance of winning a NC in Norman. If it was any other team besides the Cowboys maybe, but that’s a pretty top notch gig. Even though they suck. Lol

On the flip side, BOB is locked in as the HC for the Texans for at least 2 more years given they will not search for a GM and even if they did hire a GM, he would be a puppet while BOB ran the show.
