Dove breast, wrapped in bacon, slice of pepper, season salt, little bit of garilic and onion powder, add about 5-6 strips of bacon across the top of the birds, and slow cook for about 1-1/2 hrs.
We used to do the same recipe and cook 'em on the grill, but some of the birds would be a little tough. Slow cooking them is the way to go...
