Any Menudo Eaters?

Here is a Menudo recipe that has been in my wife's family for many generations. If you like menudo this is a must have authentic recipe. YouTube is hit or miss, but I can vogue for this one.

The first thing that I notice wrong is they are cooking it indoors. I love it, but better cook it outdoors or house smells like cow manure!!
