    Yeah mine would be tough to make on a pitching boat, especially trying to fry wontons. Lol.
    I’ve had yours Glen and it’s good stuff. I like the jalapeños added to it. I’ve considered adding some to my next batch. If I get lucky I’ll be coming home with some fresh tuna in August, I’ve got a charter booked out of Venice.
