Didn’t you do the same with an AR and a pig last year [emoji33]. #operatorerror
All this shooting was over the course of the last 3-4 weeks.

I think there's plenty of pigs here. :-)
It's proving harder than I thought to get them to come to the feeder.

might be because some guy is dumping a lot of lead in the dirt around the feeders....

It took you 3-4 weeks to realize there might be a problem?[emoji41][emoji13]

Get rid of that 10lb trigger pull.

The really close shots at coons is easy to explain. The height difference in scope line of sight and barrel often causes issues with shooting low at very close ranges on small targets. I agree that I'd put up a paper target and see if there was a discrepancy as well as checking all my fasteners to make sure everything is still secured properly. You might also put up targets at other ranges to see exactly where the bullet strikes at in between and past your sighted in ranges ro help you compensate when needed.

I bought both nib. New In Box [emoji4], when I bought the rifle couple of months ago.

Scopes a Vortex Viper HST 6-24x50.
Rings are Seekins Precision AR rings.
They were mounted, torqued, and sighted in by a Gunsmith.

I thought the same thing. Several times I've jiggled them trying to get them to move. Only noticeable movement is a little between upper and lower.

I know I should check zero.

First thing I changed when I bought it.
It's got a Black Rains Ordinace drop in trigger. I think it's set at 3.5#.
