      When I was practicing for elk hunting, I would do that at 40 and 50 yards at the broadhead pit at the archery club. Then I added 20 pushups before the shot to try to simulate climbing a ridge at 9k feet, no air, out of breath, heart pumping and there being an elk grazing in front of me. I did get some strange looks.

        While performing these operations, sometimes there might have chances of catching fire or spark so for once safety you can just use flame resistant coveralls, these are stylish, protective and comfortable.
