Briskets go on about 10 tonight so guess that counts as Saturday?

Smoked chicken breast for enchiladas tonights dinner along with some smoked corn on the cob.

In-laws brought me a nice wagyu brisket to smoke. Turned out pretty good

No sir, same as always. 230 or so over post oak til it feels done then let it rest in foil for an hour or so.
