    4 briskets
    2 pork butts
    2 racks of spare ribs
    Briskets go on about 10 tonight so guess that counts as Saturday?

      2- pork butts
      For dove shoot tomorrow
      Smoked chicken breast for enchiladas tonights dinner along with some smoked corn on the cob.

        Just got done with dinner. This plus some red beans and rice. Cheese cake for dessert.

                          No sir, same as always. 230 or so over post oak til it feels done then let it rest in foil for an hour or so.
