Kids got them a new pup today .

I’m normally not a fan of little dogs . I normally have just mastiffs . Friend our our gave the kids a standard poodle/Belgian malinois . Kids love the little rat .

My mom bought a poodle once and that dog was a great hunting dog much more so than a lap dog
And those BM dogs are great dogs also

I guess compared to a mastiff it’s small, but a standard bred with a malinois could still be 70+ lbs. My goldendoodle is 110lbs.

My runt mastiff is 150 lbs. my corso is a pup about 120 . Still has 2 years to grow . I think this pup will end up about 60 lbs

That was from the ride home from San Antonio . I will admit he has spent a lot of time in my lap . My mastiff ain’t to happy about that . It’s normally her spot .

That’s is gonna be a cool looking dog. I hope he doesn’t get the vindictive trait that poodles have. They don’t like being left alone and will retaliate [emoji23]
