    "Lions of West Texas"

A lot of you know Ben Masters from his "Unbranded" documentary (Netflix). He's still doing some really cool stuff.

Here's a link to a video he produced about lions in/around the Davis range. Wish it was longer, but cool nonetheless

A glimpse into the lives of Texas' largest Apex predator. Research conducted by Borderlands Research Institute at Sul Ross State University.

That was very watchable, thanks for posting it up. Mountain lions intrigue me and I hope they are always a part of our wild Texas.

Its part of the Texas Film tour. Ben is also doing a project about not building the border wall. Its pretty funny to watch people get stirred up in a hurry.

                    Good video

It was a little misleading when she was taking about hunting them and mentioned a 53% survival rate. I’m sure most of that is cat/cat or cat/vehicle deaths

Pretty cool video. I’ve seen one and heard one in NE Tx...kinda surprised they don’t ever attack livestock. Not sure I believe that.

That struck me as odd too. I understand that was of the kill sites they studied, but you would think someone would report a kill eventually and they would study that site.
