its a short (15'') recurve handle..... not sure but I believe they stopped making it. I think the 17'' is as short as they make now.

Well, yes, that is exactly what he did

I was pointing out that I am still trying to figure out a way to carry something that would let me cover the fletching on the fly, as opposed to reversing the arrows and exposing the broadheads. It always makes me personally nervous having exposed broadheads while on an open top/tree stand.

I actually have an idea, I just haven't prototyped it yet.

Oh, ok. I lay a bandana on my nocked arrow and use a rube quiver. Works to keep my feathers dry

Back on stand. Got in late. Wind pulled a fast one on me. Was showing NNW on all weather apps but it due south right now. Off the rest of the week so gonna be hunting hard. Let's see what shows.
