338 win mag project

I’m about to take possession of a nice Winchester model 70 in 338 win mag. It’s a sporter model and I’m wanting to do some upgrades - glass/pillar bed, shorten the barrel or replace the barrel, trigger work, add muzzle brake, cerakote, etc

My question is - does anyone have a recommendation on an experienced model 70 gunsmith for re-barreling? I got a good deal on it so if it doesn’t shoot well with the factory barrel I’m going to replace it and add a muzzle brake.
