My next one will be a savage MR-10 in 6.5 creedmore .I have a Armalite and I would not recommend one ,They take different mags from all the rest and no forward assist, and not reliable with softnose bullets.

GAP, Seekins, Larue, JP, KAC to name a few of the good ones. There are many more and the order is random. Depends on intended use and how long you want to wait.

LMT makes a good one and has switch barrel capabilities.

If I were looking for a pig of an AR10 style rifle LMT is the way I would go.

PSA cheap enough goes bang and you can add 4 different uppers for the cost of other companies AR10.

Or the one you build to your specs.

How a savage makes the cut is beyond me lmao.

Lmt. JP. GAP. Larue(eh). Lots and lots of custom builds. Savage is #2. From the bottom.

Because trigger aside, there isn't even a comparison when you compare the quality of the barrel and the machining for an AR-10 that costs under $1200 in retailers.
Maybe I read it wrong where best meant no price. i was assuming best for the money.

I read best and second best on the market today and took it literally without mention of price.

So, in no particular order; GAP, LMT, KAC, Seekins, Noveske, Nemo, Falkor, JP, Wilson Combat, Larue and for those with issues behind the rifle, TrackingPoint.

I would not let any of the above rifles hang out on the same rifle rack as a Savage or PSA. They could pick up bad habits.

This is all in good fun since we are just throwing names out at this point!

OP, if you can give us some more info on what you are budgeting, intended use and if you prefer certain features, handgaurds or DI/Piston we can probably get the list narrowed down.
