Cibilo Liquor over here off TPC Parkway usually has a bottle or two on the shelf. A little higher than SPECS, but they got it. As well as Buffalo Trace when SPECS goes dry with it.

It's ok but not real Texas Whiskey. They blend it here. They take whiskey aged up north and mix it here and call it "Texas Whiskey"
