A DPS trooper shot on Loop 363 today in Temple. Who you be?

Maybe, he was once a Killeen PD officer. I got pulled over once in Killeen for speeding. He told me since I was a member of TBH he was going to give me a warning. He has since become a DPS officer.
Wont mention his name but may be the say guy......very good guy
