usually corn bread broken up on the bottom, then chilii on top, then cheese then..........
a little Ketchup. yup i said ketchup. Try it one time and you'll see.

I also put some HERDEZ guacamole salsa on from time to time.

This all started because I didn't know we had crackers and my wife caught me dipping her chili with these last night, and it was dang good and I told her I can do what I want with my bowl of chili.

sadly...yes. I blame my mother. We used to eat Wolf brand chili often growing up and she always put ketchup in it.
