Prolly Wed night at the lease! Podnuh invited me back to NW Oklahoma again this year and said he would love some fried crappie

Oryx chili Tues night, mustard fried crappie Wed night, and hopefully jalapeno pepper jack stuffed tenderloins Thurs night! Been wanting to fire up da Cajun Fryer since I got on the lease last year!

Next week the crappie are in trouble. Surface temps were down to 71!
