This fella isn't 2.5 unless he has been hitting some hidden protein. He's been seen standing next to a couple other known 2.5's and body wise, he dwarfs them.

He has that narrow rack he will obviously have the advantage in a fight and puncture and kill your good bucks.
Then he will follow up by breeding every doe on the entire pasture.

just think when he's about 6-7 and a 14" beast. I like him and think the AR is working in his favor.
on the other hand, he's not on my property so I guess what I like don't matter.

He looks 3ish. The one thing I hate about the AR regs. That's why I like MLD3

AR is doing way more good than the few bucks like this one will do damage to a heard. Hate to burst your bubble.

Probably right but if one slips through, that's probably ok for all the upsides. Good luck this year!

This. There's always exceptions but overall it's the best thing to happen to deer hunting where it's been implemented since the geneal season started opening the first weekend in November.

No doubt!! I am pro AR restrictions. This just happens to be one of the few that gets a pass due to them. Maybe some of these guys are right and he'll blow up into something amazing.
