    Opinion's wanted for new rest!

Ok i need help from the brain trust.. I'm looking to get into a new fall away soon, and have 3 rests in mind and 1 maybe that i havent heard much about. Im stuck between the QAD fall away lock down, rip cord or Apache. But i also saw the Tri van vanishing rest on cabelas, but haven't heard anything about it yet. Seems like a cool design, but does anyone have experience with one? Any suggestions on these or other is appreciated!!

cant go wrong with qad, ripcord, or apache.... just user preference.

That's what I figured. Does the apache have the problem of bouncing back up after string release or does it lock down?

ive had the apache before and didnt have any problems whatsoever... 100% flawless.. sold the apache and went ripcord, just for asthetics.. (the red/black matched my bow)

The only reason I have QAD is that it was on sale at the time and its black/lime green to match my bow as well. But had I not found my QAD on sale I would have had a Apache micro for sure.

Try a Limb Driver Pro V before you buy. Just sayin.

Easiest dang fall away ive ever messed with by a long shot.

personal pref all the way, all rest have their advantages and disadvantages. personally i like a drop that doesn't lock into the upright position, seen one get stuck on a guy shooting at a really big axis buck. one uh-oh is one to many for this guy.

I have had the Ripcord on my Z7 for two seasons now with no problems.

                            Love my Ripcord.
Replaced a Trophy Ridge Drop Zone. It was getting 'stuck' and I contacted them and they sent some replacement springs/tubes at no charge. But after a couple of months, it was still too slow and the vanes on my arrows were hitting. (And I don't have one of the brand new, super fast bows - I have a Switchback XT.)

If you go with the QAD make sure it is timed right.
