Yep, I ordered some Grim Reapers recently and had a question (I'm going to try GR and Slick Tricks this fall) and Jace answered my questions promptly via email.

Agreed. Aside from making (IMHO) the best broadhead on the market, GR has excellent customer service.

I had a Grim Reaper made a great shot on a buck. When the buck ran off I could see there was no penetration. Not sure what happened but the shaft broke when I released the arrow. Hit the buck without a BH. Have never used then since.
