    19'x60" Flat bottom rebuild....long project

So I bought this boat back in March and finally got started on it two days ago. It had a single tool box in back for a seat and wood flooring. Had no storage other than box. Began by welding up all old bolt and rivet holes. Added two boxes in back for storage and seating. Gonna keep it a side console to save room. Closed in front deck for storage. At a stand still now till I have a day off to run all the wiring that will go under the floor. Also have to add some foam panels and spray foam for flotation. Then hope this old Merc will run. Will add more as I progress.

Did some more yesterday. Windshield grab rail, railing on both sides and a rack for the cooler. Getting used to this spoolgun aluminum welding.

I bought it from a coon-arse down in Jonesville, La. He commercial trapped and fished. No telling what this thing has done. My plan is to set it up with comfortable lawn chairs to fish out of. Three or four people should fit. No frills just catfishing machine.

Can you give some details on the pipe bending.

                    What bender are you using?

Believe or not I am just using a Greenlee power bender we have at work. It's doing better than I expected.
