Side by side fans - what's it worth?

2006 Yamaha Rhino 450 4x4. In good shape and runs, two seater. Tires in good shape with winch. What's it worth? As some of you may know I buy, work on and resell them and I found a good lead on this machine, but have never ventured into side by sides before. KBB shows around 4K. Is this right, high, low? Let me know your opinion! Thanks

12 year old machine. If extra clean maybe. If average I'd think less
