Default Team ***? - "Where's the Fajitas?"

For it's inaugural year, Team Fajita seemed to be a big success so we'll continue the run and make it a tradition! We'll share real estate Team Chicken Wangs again and be one big happy family. The only thing we need to change is less onions & bell peppers and more beer! I've already acquired a cordless electric knife to cut them up so Rascal Arms doesn't wear out his arms this year. I'll post up a supply list and get the ball rolling. I'll call to get a price on the meat, but last time I bought them they had gone up to $70/10lbs so we'll need some monetary donations to cover that cost. We had a few requests for chicken fajitas last year so we'll go ahead an oblige those folks as well.

Any thoughts on cooking fajitas Fri night? There's always a bunch of hungry folks hanging around the park that night. We could do our thing and be done with it to allow more time for socializing on Sat. Just a thought so let's discuss it.

If you're new to Bownanza and looking for a team to join, we'd love to have you!

I'll help chop them veggies again Kevin! I like that much better than raw chicken. Friday night isn't a terrible idea. Might keep a few folks, that I won't call out here, upright a little longer.

Maybe... Most of them are going to get there regardless of what we feed them!

If you'd like to order some fajitas for your own personal stash to take home, let me know. I'll require payment up front on those though. I'd hate to get stuck with several hundred dollars worth of them because someone couldn't make it at the last minute.

LOL....I'm just yanking your chain!

SKLOSS! On the question of Fajitas Friday night. Yall do what you went but to me Friday night is the social night of the weekend. Plus a lot of your regular help may show up later or Sat. I'd rather be free Friday to let loose and watch Todd and work a little on Sat am. But that's just me. Food for thought....pun intended.

Correct. I get them from William-George Inc. They are Eddy Carl's brand is all I know. They come in a plain cardboard box with no label on the package. Just 10lbs of yummy goodness.
