Default Friday Night Pavilion Smoker

Anyone planning on bringing a smoker / grill to Pavilion on Friday afternoon / evening

Will bring an assortment of wild game sausages and finger foods to throw on the grill

Brings back memories of prior years in parking lot and all the good samples prior to big event on Saturday,.

Sure others will be glad to bring items to throw on grill for pre-event fun

Sure beats going out to restaurants

Chime in if in anyones plans

Id be more than happy to pull my gas grill out of the trailer a little early if some folks want to bring some stuff to grill. I should be at the park by 4.

The wife was just asking what kind of food joints were near the park for Friday night. I'd be interested in pitching in on the grub.

I bet if I pull the grill out some one will have something to throw on it or run to the store to get something. I can always burn some fajitas to practice for Sat.

Let me know what to grab. I'm really not interested in trying to find somewhere to eat out Friday night. Boudin, bratwurst, hamburger meat? All of the above? I'm a snacker/grazer, so I'm not really looking for a 4 course meal. We probably won't be there until around 6 or 7 though.

Glad everyone liked it

The real star was SKLOSS (chef) willing to bring and break out the grill

Lots of good groceries found on that cutting board. It is always fun to try new foods never had before. We had a good representation of new food for many and all shared "that is good". Great to see all our young TBHers willing to try new things as well. They had great appetites.

Cheers to all and look forward to the Friday night kickoff smorgasbord brought in by fellow TBH attendees.......next year

It was a group effort for sure. I got busy visiting with some old friends, but several people took up the slack. I dang sure didn't see any burnt meat, and there wasn't much leftover. The real hero was Russel with his led lantern. We'll have to move the grill under a park light next year.

Might be the makings of a new team....

Being that we cooked mostly sausage, we could also go with Team Hang Down! Or Team Hangin' Right since we're all conservative Republicans. And if you're not, you should be!!
