Default My best fish ever

Cooked some trout tonight and it was so good I can barely move!!!

Season the way you like it then flower, then egg wash then instant potato flakes!! Fry it up

My son is not a huge fish eater but he ate 4 big pieces and said that’s the best fish he has ever eaten.

Tried it tonight with some catfish fillets. Was really good and my wife even liked it.
