What the heck is this?!?!

Any ideas? It looks new to me, but there is a wear pattern close to the point. The black shaft and ring part spins freely of the pointed part. I’m counting on y’all!

It is a bullet tooth for a reclaimer. It's used to grind asphalt off of roads that are being redone.

Agree with above it's a rock crushing point for ditched or auger (different shapes and hardness according to material and digging requirements) we use them by the bucketful, bonafide IPA getting the old ones out sometimes. Whoever lost that dropped about $15:00.

It is a bucket bit from a backhoe or equipment. I found one in Minerel Wells along time ago and though it was some sort of missile detonator. Lol
