The wife bought some brisket Monday and just found it in the bottom of one of her Christmas bags. It is tightly wrapped in Saran Wrap and has been in the house at ~65* since.

Since it has been smoked, is it still good or do we need to break down and give $50 of brisket to the dogs?

Disclaimer: The human species ate only unrefrigerated meat until about 70 years ago.
