I don't know how I left ETBC off! I eat there quite a bit! Mushroom swiss burger, bacon jalapeno cheeseburger, or the Allaso Ranch burger with seasoned waffle fries or onion rings!!!

Burger House in University Park (Dallas) had the BEST burgers ever when I was growing up. I lived about 4 blocks from there and can remember walking there on a Saturday for a cheese burger and fries.

Classic Burgers in Kerrville is awesome as well.
