Cool! I'm not much of a knife guy but I do a lot of wood working and understand the difficulties of shaping or filling things, looking good.

Looks good, for the thorn and vine pattern I use a 1/2 round file spaced at 5/8 "and a small triangle file with one side ground smooth, use the smooth side on top to cut the thorn, so basically you are cutting on the bottom of the file. Doing this allows you to get a thin thorn.
