                    That looks really good! Question - how long and at what temp on the smoker to get the internal temp to 115*? That ribeye looks thick - about 2” ?

                          Had Jägerschnitzel from a deer my wife killed yesterday along with jalapeno cream gravy, baked potato and a tossed green salad. Ain't going to lie, it's the best venison I have ever eaten.

                              Everyone’s dinners sounds great.

                              275 and it took about an hour and a half or so to get it to the temp, I brought to room temp first. When I first put the maverick thermometer in it it read 58 degrees.

                              Once I got it to 115, I rested it for 15-20 minutes and seared it.

                              Nice and juicy
