Lettuce wraps

Yes, it's healthy.
But easy.

The un healthy version I use beef meat topped with sour cream and cheese but here's the healthy version.

Romain lettuce
Ground turkey
Carrots chopped
Garlic
Soy sauce
Rice

Brown turkey, mix in carrots and garlic.
Add soy sauce when almost done.

Cook your 90 sec rice.

Cut and clean lettuce ( taco shells )

Fill lettuce with meat and top with Louisiana hot sauce.








And I forgot avocados, cut and stuff in lettuce with meat.

Looks good. My dad has been trying to eat healthy and has swapped lettuce leaves for tortillas when eating fajitas, bbq, etc. It's not too bad
