Remington 700 5R milspec value?

I have a Remington 700 5r Milspec gen 1 (green/black stock and stainless color barrel) in 300wm with the 24 inch threaded barrel. #85505

All the metal has been cerakoted black and it has a triggertech special trigger. Its in great shape.

What can I expect to get for it?

Looks like they are going for $830 new on buds guns but then add in the trigger and cerakote. So I would say around $800 for used.

i think it was Midway, but someone had the 5R on sale for less that $800. I think it was like $775, after a rebate.
