YUP! We had a guy on our lease a few years back come out only one weekend all year and shoot a deer we had all been hunting for a while. He cuts the head off, comes back to camp and tells us if we want the meat the body is under the feeder... We were all ****** needless to say. He was never allowed to lease with us again. He was a head "hunter" not a hunter for sport and meat. Still makes me mad to this day...

I saw a dumped bucked on the side of the road with no head in South Texas a couple years ago. Talked to the GW they said it was dumped there not killed on the site it was dumped.
