Super glue or pvc pipe glue. You may need to reapply several times.

My dad worked in the oil fields of West Tx for nearly 40 years. I still remember riding with him to an Exxon meeting in Odessa when I was 20. When I was guiding a bunch and handling hybrids and stripers my hands would get torn up to the point of bleeding. I finally started using fishing gloves especially if we were getting into them. I like the Fish Monkey gloves. Also keep vet wrap on the boat.
