I've heard pretty good things about him but don't know personally.

How old is the kid?

Sorry for the delay Ross. Mike or his assistant would be a good choice. My experience from working in the golf business for years (several at VCC) is that the assistants are usually younger and kids sometimes relate to them better. Mike is very knowledgeable and has been very successful in his profession. When you first meet him you wouldn't think he is much of an outdoorsman. But, he is an avid fisherman and hunter with a sense of humor.
