Looking for small job welder in Houston area

Hey fellas, I'm done fighting with T-post on my lease. I have six inches of dirt covering a slab of rock. I've used hammer drills etc. so I'm gong to build a mobile pen using 10 foot hog panels and 3/4 inch square tubing. I'm trying to find someone that i can hire to tack weld the panel to the tubing. I don't want the pins/hinges on it. Trying to keep cost down so I thought about trying to learn it myself, but don't have the space or correct power supply. I'm hoping to do about 11 of them. Let me know. Thanks!

    don't waste that much money..
hog panels will stand up great when wired together and overlapped at the ends about a foot or so..
bend it in a huge circle and it can not fall over as long as its wired good.
I had same problem u did in junction
