Default Fried eggs with onion ring (call it Montana fried eggs?)

This is simple but really good. When youíre frying an egg, put a ring from a large onion on the griddle first. Break the egg inside it.

The edges cook the same as the middle, itís round (pretty much) and the little bit of fried onion tastes great.

My daughterís boyfriend got me hooked on sprinkling Old Bay seafood seasoning on my eggs- great taste instead of salt and pepper.

Enjoy!

Use Fiesta Brand Fajita Seasoning on eggs. It'll change your life.

I eat a lot of eggs. I'm trying this tonight. My wife implemented "feed your own face Fridays" about 2 years ago and it got out of hand. Now its fend for yourself 90% of the time.

Iíll try it. Iíve tried some Traeger beef rub which was good, but I prefer the Old Bay spice.

I like scrambled eggs with fine diced bell pepper and your pick of season. Something about the green color and some crisp works good with bell peppers

Ill do the same but sometimes I’ll cut a hole in a piece of bread and toast it in the pan then crack an egg in it. Good stuff! I’m gonna have to try the old bay.

Hahaha, my mom used to call it "anything night" when I was a kid. We had "anything night" a couple times a week, where your supper was anything you could find because she didn't feel like cooking!

The remainder of that 1 slice? Toss it in the bacon fat and fry it up. The rest of onion put aluminum foil over in refrigerator for tomorrow.

Going to give this a try and use some Blaze on it. My wife does something simular to this using an avocado half and putting an egg it it and baking.

When my mom was working and it was up to my dad to cook for us, he called it "Pick a can night", if he could microwave it we could eat it.

Been making eggs in a basket forever but never thought to put the egg in an onion. Guess I know what’s for breakfast tomorrow. Probably chop up a jalapeŮo and throw that in there too.
