Has anyone used the new MLD Harvest Option for MLD tags, particularly inn the hill country/Mason County? I would like to know how easy the process was, if you felt it had benefits, and how many permits you received per acre of land. Other info would be helpful. Thanks.

I went to the website and looked to see if I wanted in. I didn't. No doe tags less than 250 acres which is ridiculous when I have 217 and there's very little hunting around me. One buck tag. Not for me.
It is my opinion that TPWD wanted out of the management of small places and this is how they accomplished it.
