Scariest thing I’ve done in my life

I’ve been working for the same restaurant for almost 20 years and I turned in my notice today. I am 39 years old so I’ve worjed there longer than I haven’t.

I am going on a completely new direction and opening my own Allstate Insurance agency. I have a friend in the business that is extremely successful and will be helping me along the way.

I gave up job security for a better quality of life. Yes it’s scary but on the other hand I am 100% certain I made the right move for me and my family

Congrats on taking the leap. Good luck with the new endeavor. I have been in the restaurant business my whole life and made an attempt to get out about 8 years ago but actually found a restaurant that I absolutely love working for so I am still in. I almost went with State Farm and am glad I didn’t. Heard good things about Allstate.
