Metal Shop Builder Recommendations in/near Ellis County?

Looking to have a metal welded 30'x40' shop w/a small room (14'x25'ish) inside it. The room will have a bathroom w/shower, toilet & sink w/a small kitchen (no oven/stove but a small microwave & fridge), a small closet & enough room for a queen size bed, recliner chair, dresser, nightstand & TV on the wall. I could use some rec.s on Ellis Co. builders, please. Who you'd use or who you'd avoid. Pricing ballpark would be an awesome bonus but not required!

There are only two metal shop builders I can think of right off hand. One is near Sulphur Springs and the other is in the Greenville area.

We used the first guy to have his crew put the sheet metal up since we did the dirt work & concrete and steel work ourselves. They did a good job.

The second company I’ve only seen their work from afar. Rafter P Construction.
