All that check engine lights mean is get, ready to drop a grand or more to get it to pass inspection.

Sounds like an 02 sensor. Probably left side #1. It always is because it's the hardest one to get to.

Had bank 1 fuel too lean on my Nissan cleaned out mass flow sensor air filter and then found one of the hoses was loose so it was allowing air making fuel lean.

Yep rich or lean mix = vacuum/air leak somewhere normally. The sensor is just letting you know it can no longer adjust the mixture to correct the problem not that the sensor itself is bad.

Bad yes they too do go bad but normally not the case.

As mentioned 1st thing to look for is a vacuum leak ( spray some starting fluid -small doses - around intake and hoses) if not that check mass airflow sensor.

If it's a chevy just leave it be. They don't run well unless that light is on.

I did that to my tpms light . Bought a used truck . Didn’t have the sensors in the rims .

There's no telling what it is on that thing...... Only thing for sure is it will be expensive.
