Ok boys, I tried the whole potato salad in the gumbo deal! I made a pot of chicken, sausage and shrimp gumbo, I fried up some oysters and okra, then put them in the bowl right before serving. I can honestly say this is my new favorite way to eat it!!

That looks really good, but would look even better if that tator salad was on a plate next to your bowl.
